Agentic AI Products | Remote, US
We’re supporting a well-funded AI startup building agentic products that automate everyday tasks and workflows.
They’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who can turn user needs into clear product requirements and work closely with engineers to bring AI products to market.
Own product roadmaps and prioritise features across agentic AI applications.
Translate user problems into requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with AI, engineering and design teams to take features from concept through launch.
Define how agents should behave, including task completion, user controls and handling failures.
Use customer feedback, product data and evaluation results to improve the user experience.
Balance product ambition with technical feasibility, reliability, latency and cost.
Experience managing technical software products from discovery through delivery.
Hands-on product experience with agentic AI applications or LLM-powered workflows.
Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, tool calling and AI system limitations.
Ability to define measurable success criteria for both product adoption and agent performance.
Strong communication skills, with experience aligning engineers, designers and business stakeholders.
Comfortable making decisions, managing ambiguity and shipping quickly in a startup environment.
Shape the roadmap for a portfolio of agentic AI products.
Work directly with an early team and influence what gets built.
Fully remote within the US, with cash compensation and equity.
