Quantum Communications | Singapore
We’re supporting a quantum technology company developing secure communication systems using photonics and quantum key distribution.
They’re looking for an FPGA / Electronics Engineer with practical experience across FPGA development, PCB design and hardware integration.
Develop FPGA logic for hardware control, interfaces and data acquisition.
Design and test electronic circuits and PCBs, including component selection and schematic development.
Support board bring-up, debugging and hardware revisions.
Integrate FPGA-based electronics with optical components, sensors and embedded software.
Validate system performance using laboratory equipment and structured testing.
Work closely with optics, firmware and systems engineers to deliver reliable hardware.
Hands-on experience in FPGA development and electronics design.
Strong Verilog or VHDL skills, with experience in simulation, verification and timing analysis.
Practical experience with PCB design, board bring-up and fault finding.
Understanding of digital interfaces, analogue circuitry and embedded systems.
Confidence using oscilloscopes, logic analysers and other laboratory equipment.
Experience with optoelectronics, photonics or communication systems would be beneficial.
An interest in quantum communications and secure technology.
Contribute to hardware development for quantum-secure communications.
Work across FPGA, electronics and optical system integration.
