We’re supporting a well-funded AI startup building agentic products that automate everyday tasks and workflows.
They’re looking for an Applied AI Developer with hands-on experience turning LLM capabilities into reliable, useful products.
Build AI agents that use tools, interact with external systems and complete tasks on behalf of users.
Integrate LLMs, APIs and retrieval capabilities into product features.
Develop and improve agent workflows, including context management and error handling.
Evaluate outputs and improve accuracy, reliability, latency and cost.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to take ideas from prototype to production.
Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications or products.
Strong software development skills in Python, TypeScript or a comparable language.
Practical experience with LLM APIs, tool calling and workflow orchestration.
Understanding of retrieval, prompt design and evaluation methods.
Experience deploying AI features and improving their performance using real user feedback.
Comfortable taking ownership and shipping quickly in a startup environment.
